Persons who wish to be placed on the agenda shall contact the Board Chairman within five (5) days of any meeting or simply complete the agenda submission form and attach any necessary supporting documentation. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Liberty Fire District's Board of Fire Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings and that for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Liberty Fire District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Liberty Fire District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
